Monthly Auto Ship Terms

For your convenience, you will receive one bottle each month.

By enrolling in our "Monthly Auto Ship Program" your bottle of Prevagen will automatically be delivered to your shipping address once per month and your credit card charged the same low per bottle price plus applicable sales tax. Then 23 days after your initial order and every 30 days thereafter, as a member of the Monthly Auto Ship Program, you'll receive your monthly supply of Prevagen. If you choose to leave the Monthly Auto Ship Program, simply call our customer service line at 877-977-3824. No minimum time commitment is required. Customer Service hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday CST.
